Atlantic Retail Investment Services is a division of Atlantic Retail, focused on the retail properties as investment.
We do not lease, manage, develop or purchase retail real estate. We specialize in the brokerage of investment properties, allowing us to focus on our fiduciary responsibilities to our seller and investor clients.

We’re small enough to be personal and put the highest value on our relationships, meaning we won’t tell you what you want to hear if you’re a seller or lead you on if you’re an investor. We’re completely candid, offering executable advice, leveraging real market insight and closing good deals fast.

MEET THE PARTNER

Michael Zimmerman joined Atlantic Retail in 2014 as a Partner, spearheading the Investment Services division. He brings ten years of experience and a specialization in the brokerage of net-leased single tenant and small multitenant strip centers, with a focus on sellers who want to capture the 1031 (tax deferred) exchange market. Michael has successfully advised and represented private, public and institutional clients with the acquisition and disposition of over $500 million in transactions throughout Florida and the southeastern United States. Prior to joining Atlantic Retail, Michael worked at Calkain Companies, RJS Realty and Marcus & Millichap.ing market.
